Wrap that shadiness around your head. Part owner and realtor🤔His commission was paid with our first draw when we finally got a lender. 7 thousand dollars went to him before our house even got started. Never heard from Walter again. Not until he sent emails to victims saying he was long gone and didn’t know what they were doing. Multiple families were left in financial ruin while Walter and his former partners lined their pockets. You responded to other reviews that you acted in good faith as a realtor. You were part owner! Or you are a liar? Can’t be both. If you had any dignity or honor you would return it. Every penny of commission you took. You’re at fault for many families currently still trying to put the pieces back together. Think about that. You took commission money you didn’t earn from construction draws on houses not even started and went on vacations and driving nice cars while we lost just about everything. Let that sink in. People should know how much damage this did to families. Many of these families had men actively serving in the military. You market yourself as “veteran owned”but how many did you help screw over? He had the nerve to reach out after the fall and want to buy the unfinished build. Again, if you wanted to help us that fell victim to corruption and fraud, return that commission money you didn’t earn. Wolf in sheep’s clothing for home buying and real estate. Definition of integrity is what you do when no one is able to see you. Money driven people like Walter has none because of what they did. Prove me wrong.
