He’s pretty laid back and easy to work with. There was no pressure to make a decision if I wasn’t comfortable. He was very helpful with identifying a home in the area within my price range and requested time commute. He is familiar with upcoming and existing neighborhoods and what would be the better options. Part owner and realtor🤔His commission was paid with our first draw when we finally got a lender. 7 thousand dollars went to him before our house even got started. Never heard from him again. From every realtor I’ve spoke with the realtor’s cut comes at the end when homeowners actually get in the house of a new construction. Many innocent people are still struggling financially while their businesses thrive. Multiple families were left in financial ruin while Walter and his former partners lined their pockets. You responded to other reviews that you acted in good faith as a realtor. You were part owner! Or you are a liar. Can’t be both. If you had any dignity or honor you would return it. Every penny of commission you took. You’re at fault for many families currently still trying to put the pieces back together. Many of these families had men actively serving in the military. You market yourself as “veteran owned”but how many did you help screw over? He had the nerve to reach out after the fall and want to buy the unfinished build. How many military families at the church that your a member of know you took money you didn’t earn? Walter may have good people that work for him but he has a history of lying and not responding after he got that money. Wolf in sheep’s clothing for home buying and real estate. Prove me wrong.
